Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 5–10 business days after purchase (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Items that are in stock may ship faster. Items that need to be made (large 8 inch animals) may take the whole 10 days to be shipped. 

• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information if available.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

• Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout. Please note these are estimates only, actual delivery times may vary.

• We currently ship Worldwide.

Free Shipping

• We offer free shipping on orders over $250 within Canada and the USA.

International Shipping

• International orders may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, or fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

• Products being shipped to the USA may require an additional tariff fees. If the tariff pricing is required to be prepaid by sender, you may receive an additional invoice (effective August 29, 2025).

• Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.

Delays

• While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside of our control.

Missing or Damaged Packages

• If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

• If your order does not arrive, please reach out to us so we can help track it down.
