Lake McArthur Marmot
This marmot was originally designed in winter/spring of 2026.
"Lake McArthur Marmot"
Lake McArthur in the Lake O'Hara area is known as the bluest lake in the Canadian Rockies.
On one visit to the area, we had a wonderful encounter with a Hoary Marmot. We also didn't notice him on the rock as we walked by. His camouflaged coat colour made him blend in so well to the rocks. While taking some photos, the marmot decided it was time for a break and melted into the rock for an afternoon nap. From then on when relaxing on a rock will be known as the "Melted Marmot".

All decorations will come ready to hang with a preinstalled eye screw and ribbon. I took photos before I added the hanging device.

These creations are all hand made and take about a week finish.
